Carole Mangold

On September 22, 2023 Carole received her call home to her Heavenly father. Carole was born on September 12, 1931 to George and Celeste Folger in South Dakota. Carole lived in the Midwest until she met and married Donald Mangold in 1955. Don was in the Airforce and soon after they were married, he received orders to Chaumont France. After three years in France, they were assigned to Edwards Airforce Base. Except for a two-year assignment in Florida, they spent the rest of their lives, together, in Southern California. She is survived by two sons, Mark of Lancaster, and Michael of Paso Robles CA.
Carole and her family were active members of Our Saviors Lutheran Church for 40 years.
Carole was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years.
