Jose was a loving Father and Grandfather, who would go out of his way to help anyone in need. In his earlier years, he was an extremely hard worker and his love for nature is what led him to become a small business owner as a landscape architect. His artistic side let him enjoy creating beautiful topiary such as animals, intricate geometric shapes, and a miniature train complete with a locomotive and caboose. He instilled in his children a love and appreciation for nature, by showing that even when there is so much ugly in the world, one only has to look at the magic and beauty of our planet. That despite all the challenges that a tiny seed has to face as long as there is a chance, in time, it will grow into something big and beautiful. He said that as stewards of this earth, we should always strive to do the same no matter what challenges we face in our lives and that patience, determination, and nurturing yourself are key to the successes we wish to achieve.
Tragically his life ended early when he was struck by a driver on December 14th, 2020,who then fled the scene. He is survived by his loving children Claudia, Alex, and Richard, as well as his grandchildren Matthew, Desiree, and Aiza.
