PATRICIA WASON

Patricia Wason, age 80, passed away peacefully Friday, September 17, 2021 at her home in Palmdale, California, surrounded by her family members.
Patricia was born Friday, August 1,1941 in Inglewood, California to Robert Winden and Margret Winden-Sparks, who have both preceded her in death. Patricia is survived by her Husband of 47 years, Robert Wason, her two Sons, Duke Baggett and Richard Baggett and their wives Andrea and Tammy, Patricia’s three grandchildren: Ashlee Latimer and husband Justin, Jeremy Baggett and Summer Baggett, her three great-grandchildren Kanan and Kinslee Latimer, Loki Baggett, and her Stepsister Cheryl Pedigo. She is preceded in death by her sister Caroline Bills. She leaves behind, to cherish her memory, her longtime friends Connie Nimigean, and Rose Gunther, and many more relatives and friends. She was very loved and will be missed by all who knew her.
Pat was a beautiful woman and a winner of the New Miss Antelope Valley Press Club in July, 1962. She had a huge heart and her family was her world. She was always extremely generous and kind and had a huge love for animals, especially the many dogs she rescued throughout her lifetime.
With respect for Patricia’s wishes a funeral will not be held, however in lieu of family memorial donations, for those who wish to remember her in a special way, we suggest donating to a charitable animal organization (ASPCA, Humane Society) in Patricia’s name.
